Our Ministry of Hope is founded on a simple principle: every human being deserves compassion, dignity, and the opportunity for spiritual growth, regardless of their circumstances.

The Fellowship does not define people by the worst moment of their lives. Instead, we seek to meet them where they are, offering prayer, encouragement, education, and spiritual support.

Whether through personal visits, correspondence, donated religious materials, prayer requests, or our annual Altar Call to Tepito, we strive to remind people that they are not forgotten.

For many people, a pilgrimage to the sacred altar of Santa Muerte in Tepito, Mexico is a powerful act of faith. Devotees travel great distances to stand before the altar, light candles, offer prayers, and seek blessings for protection, healing, justice, prosperity, and spiritual guidance.

Yet for thousands of incarcerated men and women, making such a journey is impossible.

Every year, our Fellowship organizes a Santa Muerte Altar Call to the historic altar in Tepito, where prayers and petitions from devotees are personally delivered. Through this sacred mission, we carry the hopes, fears, gratitude, and prayers of those who cannot be present themselves.

Among those we serve are incarcerated individuals who often have no religious community, no visitors, and few opportunities to participate in meaningful spiritual practices. Many write to us seeking prayer, guidance, devotional materials, and a connection to their faith. Their requests remind us that behind every prison number is a human being searching for hope and redemption.
